Although the company has yet to reach a settlement on my case, I have been getting phenomenal customer service from Ariane Luu(Roman).Everytime I call and leave a message, I know I can depend on her to respond in a timely manner. I was trying to get an update on my case and the paralegal assigned to my case no longer worked for the company. Tired of getting the run around from receptionists, I finally sent an email to Ariane. Within 24 hours, Ariane gave me all the information I needed in regards to my case. Thank you Ariane for your professionalism and service!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to commend one of your employees, Marlen Rodriguez. I've never met her personally, only phone conversation and emails since May 2018 regarding my case. She is very knowledgeable in her job and she makes this whole process a little easier. She returns phone calls, she follows up with you on your case and/or emails you updates. Shantae N. Haymer has been working on my case I like her she's been really persistent and on it I know I will get good results we haven't settled yet because the offer wasn't fair and I'm very acknowledged and they have been keeping up with me but the time is coming sooner than later....

This company is the worst! To first start off to get any information about my case, I had to call up there myself every week just to see what was going on. After a while Juana Mendoza sent me an email stating that my case had been dropped after I sent an email AGAIN asking for an update on my case. They didn't tell me that dropping my case stopped my physical therapy or anything. Mind you this is the first time me ever having to do this bring it was my first accident. Then a lady calls me and is rude to me about what happened to me. How do you call someone being rude after your company didn't want to give me the complete the information of my case being dropped? Well now I'm going to post this exact statement everywhere so people can see the real "PROFESSIONALISM" they have.

The whole staff treats you like family! My experience was amazing! They kept me up to date with my case, and everything was in a timely manner. I would like to thank my attorney Donavon B. and Perla R. for everything!
