No calls from my new lawyer its been over three weeks cant answer my calls is always busy i feel very very unsatisfied

A hinderance to my career. Today, as I recover I find myself drooling from the side of my mouth, only to hear the voice of my daughters, comforting me saying, " catch your saliva, mom." Before my 39th birthday, I never imagined returning back to the stage of an infant. My intentions were to pursue a career in the United States armed forces, where I had made prior arrangements with limited time to attend before reaching 40 years of age, prior to this accident occurring. On Saturday, April 7, 2018 while traveling down Collins Street near the Viridian subdivision, located between Northeast Green Oaks and Trinity, what appeared to have been a dusty whirlwind of debris to include a huge sofa flew off the large speeding Republic dumbstruck. The impact of the debris and sofa which was blinding to my view caused my eight year old son and I to be aggressively thrown throughout the vehicle causing severe head and bodily injuries. After being struck from the front by Republic, we were then struck again by another vehicle, simultaneously on the rear side, where my son sat, again aggressively throwing us throughout the vehicle. The responsible driver of the Republic Service’s dump truck immediately fled the scene, where Arlington Police Department identified the wreck to be a hit and run. Fortunately, two witnesses from Republic Services made the scene to move the large couch from the middle of the street and were able to identify and provide the hit and run driver’s information for the police dispatched. Swiftly, after making contact with Godsey-Martin Law Firm, Lashunda Bowers arranged support groups for emergency medical care, rehabilitation, pharmaceuticals, and further ct scan updates. Her diligence in communicating with me leaves me resting assured as my son and I recover this frightening and traumatic experience. Further, I am confident in knowing this 100% responsible company reaching 9.4 billion in revenue in 2016 will realize no amount of money can restore our health taken away by carelessness of the habitual offender, Republican's hit and run driver. Lashunda Bowers and the Godsey Martin Law Firm have exhausted their understanding in providing the extra support. I so greatly appreciate this firm and would recommend them with a five star rating.

I spoke to Stanza Ervin and she made the intake process very smooth and easy. She was very professional and friendly and I will refer the firm to anyone who has been in an accident.

Buyer beware. They should be ashamed for not representing what they "preach" in their commercials. I wanted to change my negative review, however they wouldn't allow it. Please do your research!!! Choose your attorney wisely! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Kimberly Clark (Dallas) was a breath of fresh air, I've been worrying about my case and just needed a better understanding of the whole legal process, she broke everything down in layman terms, no law jargons, just plain and simple. I asked a million and 1 questions about my case (Most people would of became irritated and dismissive) but not Kimberly, she answered every last one of them and then continued to ask me if I have any more questions. Do not go here please!!! I’ve been waiting almost 2 years and every time I call them they never pick up or never return my call. I’ve called thousands of times this year. They are thieves. I think they got my check along time ago!!! I am planning on sending them to court if I don’t hear from them within the next 2 weeks.
