As my claim comes to an end. I just wanted to share that I had the upmost professional and easy experience with everyone here at the firm. I am so glad I picked to work with them! They make sure you stay informed and have all the tools needed for a swift process. Thanks again!

OK so now that my case is done I would not recommend this place to anybody & here are my reasons why & experience with them: 1.) The lawyer got more money than me which was very disappointing since I was the victim in the situation not only did he get his fee, but the office has so many hidden EXTRA fees. The total of those hidden fees cost over $1,000. 2.)They charged my car insurance for PIP(without me knowing), which made my car insurance bill go up that’s definitely not a way to help your client. They only did that just so they could get more money be aware the lawyer will get more money out of your settlement then you. 3.) They rush/ pressure you into signing with them convincing you that they have your best interest at heart and they want you to give a them a review right away before they even start with your case. I told the lady no I’m gonna wait until you guys are done with my case. 4.) Miss Henrietta did give me good customer service that is about the only thing good I can say about this company. THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUNGRY!

They did a great job for me and made sure my needs were met. I am happy I chose them and will be choosing them again if I ever need the services they offer.

Lori Hamilton was my intake person and she was patient and thorough. She answered majority of my questions before I asked. She explained the process and next steps and when I got off the phone She was highly professional and I felt supported. If all the staff is like that then kudos to the company. This is my first experience like this and it’s changed my perspective. I have a better understanding that I now have advocates. It’s hard enough to carry the burden and in pain suffering while trying to figure it all out, but now I’m not having to do it all alone. Thanks to Lori I know I’m on a path and not just wandering.
