I have received poor service from this law firm. They will not communicate with you or let u know what’s going with your case. You have to call them and they lie and tell you things that they have NOT done. My case been in the packaging phase for months now and my accident was about 1 year ago. I was told by Stephanie Chavez that my documents has been received but she still has not moved my case and it’s been over 6 months. This firm customer service sucks and I do NOT recommend . Go to someone else people before u regret . Use my poor experience as an example. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE PLEASE . I wish I would have read the reviews first

I've been with them for a couple of years now. My case is a little complicated. I can say this, when I wasn't happy with the process, I voiced my concerns and received immediate responses and solutions. They didn't try to make excuses, they just immediately went to resolution mode. For that, they got my utmost respect and loyalty. I have an amazing Legal Assistant and an amazing attorney working on my case. I have faith that everything will work out the way it's supposed to!😊

Every time I visited the Godsey Law Firm in Dallas I was always delighted by Ms. Tracy Rodgers she has Phenomenal Customer Service and Problem Solving . She has always been kind and so understanding. Most horrible experience ever. They don't call you back or answer the phone. They don't pay the bills, and expect you to pay out of your settlement (instead of going after the person who injured you).....which should be pain and suffering but they don't even get you that; and I am still suffering.

Hell I didn't want to give any star but had too to comment... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY DONT RETURN CALLS THEY NEVER UPDATE YOU ON YOUR CASE. HERE IT IS I'M SCREWED UP AND NEED SURGERY DO YOU THINK THEY ALLOWED ME TREATMENT SERVICES.? "HELL NAW" I SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON FOR WEEKS IN THE STORM JUST TO GET INFORMED THAT MY LAWYER RELEASED ME BUT NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THAT TOO ME OR RETURN PHONE CALLS.. NOW THAT I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT THE OPERATOR WANTS TO TRY TO FIX THINGS AND ALL THIS BS NO MA'AM I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT...ALSO, A FEW RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT HOLD THAT TYPE OF POSITION

If I could give them a zero I would. The fact that me and my sister were pregnant and my sister lost her baby due to the car Wreck , they did not take that in consideration when representing us . also kept a lot of Our settlement money after waiting almost 2 years . Still to this day they way they handled us affects us. Never returned calls , rude when we called to get the status of our case . Bunch of scammers . Lost a precious life we will never get back . But it’s ok , godsey paid us 500 ! Smh don’t waste your time
