Godsey Martin Firm took care of our needs at day one. From the first office visit, the staff was friendly and professional. Was always greeted with a smile at each office visit. The level of service never died. They made sure I receive the necessary medical care and looked out for me. They really care!!!!! And MRS. TRACEY hospitality was awesome.

With all the hype and advertising here in Houston about how they can help with car wreck injuries they sure didn't want to help me. Exact words were " were sorry but based on the fact that the driver at fault wasn't listed on the insurance for the vehicle he was diving and you only have liability we are unable to help you". Seems like this law firm isn't up for a fight!

The people at Godsey and Martin never answer the phone when you call they never have any answers when you do get in touch with anyone and it's just all around a bad experience I would not recommend them to anyone very unprofessional they have no courtesy at the front desk all-around Road experience I repeat do not spend any money or waste your time with Godsey Martin choose any other law firm in the city of Dallas these people are not professionals

There have been nothing but dropped balls with this Law Firm. My life seems like a joke to them. The insurance company is probably laughing and not bothered by anyone who uses this form. I have two cases with them I have a lost job, lost wages, 3 teenagers, and it's been well over a year. The last case will probably settle before the first and I'm not granted the respect of a truthful phone call. I hoped I would have something good to come back with so I could delete the other reviews, but not yet. I am disappointed in myself for choosing this firm based on the common sense commercial Mr.Martin made. It's hard when your own people continually let you down.

Do not use this law firm. They send you to fake scam doctor's offices to rack up as much money as possible. Then once the treatment is complete they take forever to finalize the settlement. After treatment, my case is still open for nearly 5 months. After asking for another status update the lawyer told me that they dropped the ball on my case for nearly 2 months. The settlement process is even worse. My medical bills were some 22 thousand dollars and I had another $2500 in lost wages tottaly $24,500. They tried to offer me $6,000. I told them this was unacceptable and said we were going to take them to court then. I then received 3 phone calls asking me to reconsider. I refused. Finally some lady called me and said that they can offer me $8,500. I accepted. So much for fighting for every last dollar. Do not bother with this worthless scam of a law firm.
