I was contacted immediately by Tiffany Rose she explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going on. After dealing with Tiffany I was transferred to Francisco who provided great customer service as well, the process is a little longer than I expected but that just let me know that they are making sure there customers are well taken care of.

Everything about I Just Got Hit is HORRIBLE! The communication, call backs and even answers to what's going on can't be trusted. My accident happened in April and I haven't heard from my case worker since May. I requested a drop letter and they are still giving me the run around with that so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND nobody use this law firm.

If you want the same over-worked, understaffed settlement mill, then this firm is for you. They will accept as little as you will allow just so they don't actually have to do any real work. Even when they lose, they have better things to do than file an appeal. If you just want to be a number then they're for you.

The car you drive, food you eat, the concrete on the street you travel every day, etc.... most everything in your life/world came or was on a truck at one time. Why make truck drivers a target? How many times you went around a truck cause it was moving too slow? How many times have you sped up to get in front of one? Then make a turn. If you were in a wreck with a big truck, what was your part? FYI did you know most trucking companies have installed surround cameras? Cause attorneys like this make an truck inspection the cause of wrong when the car is really at fault ! From the building you meet him in, to the court house you will stand in would not and could not be possible without a truck. People say, "that truck hit me, I'll own that company" FYI 80,000 lbs truck hit your 4,000 lb car, what are your chances of living ? Dead man tells no tells ! Enjoying a lawsuit Crippled for life ? You get mad money and loose your legs? You want a handicap parking spot that bad? There is no perfect driver, car or truck but keep it real - you really should respect the danger driving close to one and respect the other driver no matter what their driving. Be aware !! It takes a 18 wheeler a football field length to stop!! Don't jump in front of one or ride on side of one.

I heard them on the radio and called them. They were very professional and prompt. I was pleased with them.

We used Godsey Martin on two separate occassuons and each time they took excellent Care of us. The receptionist is always nice and curiosity every time you call. Entering the office is nice and welcoming. You have to use them to take care of you.

I used this firm back in 2013 in my first car accident ever and my children were in the car. I was so scared but they took care of me and my kids, got my car fixed, and we all received or checks when I was told we were. They are very professional and kind and tagged me like they truly cared for me and my children. I was very grateful for them, and I appreciated all they did for us.

The front desk person Ms. Tracy Rogers is the only person that I ve come in contact with other than Mrs.Glenda Fuller she spoke to me at the front desk, these 2 people are just beautiful.

DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! In the beginning I just knew it was going to be a great experience because as some of the other comments stated, they were so attentive. But as time progressed they began to show their real colors. You hear all these stories on the radio and TV and I honestly feel like those are actors. I got into an accident in October 2016, I finished therapy in January, and my case finally wrapped up today June 27, 2017. I've been through this process before with another firm so I knew that it could take a while, but I pretty much did all the calling to get updates, once my therapy concluded. It took them almost three months to get a medical bill from a hospital that I went to right after the accident, and I'm the one that had to actually go and get the bill to send to them, after waiting around for months for them to do. Basically if you want to be neglected and given the run around this place is for you, but if you actually wanna feel like you have a law firm that's gonna work for you and keep you in the loop, I would seriously look else where! I wish there was a no star button because this doesn't even deserve half a star.

Easy process, customer service was outstanding. I was informed monthly the status of my case and didnt have to call. I would refer anyone!!
