The agents are really nice when they want you to sign up, after that YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM, and when you do contact them they are rude. I finally received my check for injuries 3mths after the insurance company issued them the settlement money. There are definitely hidden fees. And when you ask for an itemized receipt for all your doctors visits they will not provide them. They charged me for doctors visits I didn’t even have. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I encouraged my son to use them when he was in a car accident last year. My car was a total loss. He was hit from behind and was pushed into the truck in front of him! He went to the ER and the chiropractor they referred. No communication after the first 2 calls. He would call and text no response. They sent a request for a settlement and the other guy insurance said no and made an offer…. I JUST GOT HIT TOOK IT… NO NEGOTIATIONS!!! After a TOTAL LOSS, MY SON ENDED UP WITH $2300.00!!!!😡
