Do not file your claim with these people. I had and accident and was inured and went to them for help. Sure the intake was very nice and stated I will be compensated for my vehicle and injuries so I went along. My case manager Sara Roberts on the other hand did nothing for me. I called no answer but she would call once and leave a voicemail and call my immediate family and say she’s been trying to reach me for some time; even making it seem like I was in some sort of emergency. I went to their stupid therapy for over a month and had to stop going because it was affecting me financially. Finally, I got ahold of the insurance of the person that hit me and they said they’ve been trying to reach me for some time. Sara said she had contact with them since the beginning which was a lie. I had to do all the work myself of getting paid for my totaled car and when I confronted Sara, through email, she stated they are just “injury attorneys”. This law firm is built on lies and a contract that you have to sign that should be illegal l.

I have allot of ppl to shout out My case is almost done but I wanted to thank ANTHONY!! Henrietta!! Caroline!!!! They have all been great! Anthony has been there since day one. He is consistent and answered every call. As my case is coming to a close, Henrietta and Caroline has been amazing!! Getting pw submitted and getting me as much as I can get back from this settlement. They time was pretty okay. My case wasn’t major so it didn’t take much time for them to wrap up. The wreck was life changing for me and to see them work hard to get me what I needed was amazing. If you can’t get in contact, just keep calling, in the morning or after 1pm. I’ve honestly never had an issue with communication. Thank you all for everything and yes I will recommend.

Wish we did more research before choosing their services. Caseworkers act like it’s an issue getting updates. They’ve blatantly ignored emails and don’t call. Case has been with them since September 2023. Problem is they get a portion of the settlement and act as if they’re so annoyed when we’ve spoken.*Update* Assigned a new case mgr. In Jan. Shows they care about their customers concerns so far but case is still open. It’s now April 2024. Emailed the case worker and still no response.
