I was reading reviews and I just wanted to put one out there for myself. That patience is a very good key for this thing and that I have seen. People have got their cases drawn out for years at a time. But I was rearranded in January 23rd 2023. And here it is first part of August, and I've already settled my case. I add 3 people that I know of that were working on my case and all 3 of them were phenomenal so if you're working with God's emart and law firm, I would recommend. Yvonne Wyatt is your case manager just started off followed up with Anthony Lopez the superstar of the show, hes the negotiator that closed out my case. And I'll tell you what there's nobody better out there at the godzy Martin law firmly this man. Anthony Lopez, the moment he got assigned to my case. All I know is that I was having every single detail related and updated to me on a fairly regularly consistent basis. And he fought for every single dollar to get me doing not only that once. There was an insurance payout and the check was being sent to them. The moment that they received it. He was on my side trying to make sure that I had some money put in my pocket. Furthermore, I know things can be drawn out but i'd lost so much during this whole ordeal and one thing I can say is that I've not had another human being. That's not related to me. Fight on my behalf merely as hard as a bad Anthony Lopez. So if you guys are reading these reviews? Yes, things can be drawn out, but if you get the right people at that firm, you do not have to play the waiting game. I will never be able to recoup the losses that I truly had from the moment that I was hit. However, considering the circumstances, I was able to get some formal resolution. And in a very timely manner with the right team. That will actually fight for you. So I would say picky Bonnie Wyatt Yvonne Wyatt Anthony Lopez. And then the attorney that I was assigned as Judy, all 3 of those people were phenomenal for me. I can't say it for anybody else. But I do know that I was personally taken care of in a very professional manner. There was definitely moments where I was frustrated, upset and even angry and I was able to voice those concerns and believe it or not. Those concerns were heard and resolved. Would I ever wanna do this again? No. That's the straight answer but if I had to do it again. I would still choose God's Martin law firm because I know from this experience that I can get things done in a timely manner that doesn't get drawn out over years

I was rear-ended..out of work car total lost .My case to has taking so long I give up I was told take loan because of bills & to make my therapy appointments don't ever trust doing business with Oasis baddest thing ever happen to me..I took out $1500 plans and $600 two different times my payoff is $3988.89 because my attorney let the drs take a year 1/2 to send bills please learn from me its not worth it im doing a better Business complaint because of the service i recieved plus I was off work & didn't get paid for lost wages..I also referred a family member who was hit and almost killed i didnt recieve a referral.i know next time to deal with my old attorney Jacoby & Myers the best i ever dealed with my word ...I gotta file this complaint now with better business

Worst experience I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! Priscilla doesn't even deserve to be within the form at all!! Took almost a year and I am JUST now being told they couldn't find they guy who hit us and fled the scene so now I get NOTHING!!!! You better NOT call them if you just got hit or you will be wasting your time.

I spoke with Yovanna Torres, she was very kind to me. She listened to me and answered all my questions. She was very detailed in letting me know what to expect. She was very accommodating.

**** The ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THEM ANY STARS IS BECAUSE OF CAROL DAVIS, THE NEGOTIATOR. SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT CARES. SHE IS HONEST AND GENUINE. SHE IS A PEOPLE PERSON 10000%!!! She keeps it real without disrespecting you UNLIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE!!!!!! And it sucks because you only interact with her at the end and she needs to be someone that you work with the entire time.I WISH more people acted like her and treated clients the way she does. She works with urgency and kindness**** I started my case in May of 2022 (it is now July 2023 and my case JUST finished) I was assigned case manger, Anthony Lopez. If you get him as your case manager, make sure you request a new one because he is AWFUL!! He will NOT call you, he will purposely prolong your case, he will hang up in your face if you ask questions and he gets deeply sassy!! They are not honest about anything no matter what you ask them. No one communicates with you, YOU have to be the one to communicate with them or your case will never end. Even the attorney on my case, Ryan Rogers, is terrible. I only heard from him after I complained in an email. He scheduled a call with me and never called me until I emailed him to see why he hadn’t called me despite telling me he “put it on his calendar”. Anthony LIES about the status of your case and will not give you any update unless you constantly call and email. He will always be in the office and never answer the phone. It is sad that he is even allowed to handle cases with his poor people skills. You try so hard to support your own people but they will have people working for them that don’t care about YOU, YOUR CASE OR YOUR TIME!! These two did not care at all. The lady that answers the phone when you press 2 and 0 talks to you like you’re elementary. I would not recommend them at all. Ever. They are impossible to get a hold of. If you have to work with them make sure ANTHONY LOPEZ AND RYAN ROGERS ARE NOT ON YOUR CASE OR YOU WILL HAVE AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
