Worse scam ever according to personnel Ogutierrez. She wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time for information, knowing I was only interested in litigation firms. She confessed that Godsey wasn't a litigating law firm but only settlements and that the radio is false advertisement and that they couldn't help me.

Have been having my case worked on for over 2 years now. I can say honestly that if you work with this company you have to stay on top of your case or they will just forget about you. It really depends on who is handling it in office. I have had 3 different people on my case over the last few years. If i had known that the second person assigned to my case was just going to put me to the side and ignore all my attempts to contact them, I would’ve contacted the supervisors a long time aqgo. I am beyond grateful that Ms. Tabitha Garza was assigned my case. She has been very thorough with her work, when she says she is going to get something done she actually does it right away and always replies to emails in a timely manner. She is absolutely THE BEST. I gave them a shot cause they sounded good on the radio. Turns out the only want easy to win cases and aren't willing to take on any cases that actually require work. As soon as they realized my case wasn't an easy win they dropped me. No phone call, just a letter in the mail. Went with another attorney and ended up getting a 6 figure settlement.
