i think this was the worst experience I could’ve ever experienced from beginning to end. the first few people assigned to me were amazing, constant updates and I never had to question them. the last attorney assigned to me, would tell me, “ I’ll give you updates in two weeks. “ I wouldn’t hear from him for a month and throughout that time I would constantly call and call. The time the money came, I was told I would receive a phone call in two weeks, a month later I called and was told they been had my check.. I would’ve never known if I didn’t call. Day comes to pick up a check I talk to a lovely lady named Pam…. Until she started trying to put me on “ game “ and explained to me how people follow people from there, to the bank and wherever else. THIS MADE ME PARANOID. Not just that, she made it seem like this was my first time receiving a big amount of money, I HAVE RECEIVED WAY MORE THEN THE CHECK I RECEIVED AT THE AGE OF 16…. please be for real. Aswell, she assumed I was “ street “ smart based off how I look… a terrible situation. Overall this was a terrible experience.. Shoutout to some of the sweet receptionist I spoke to, and to my first two attorneys.

Mrs. Cruz has been very helpful in making sure that I have received the medical help needed to rehabilitate my injuries from my accident. She is prompt and follows up with me consistently. This forum keeps me posted and up to date. Thank you for helping me through this unfortunate ordeal.

Perla from godsey Martin represented me and she was not a good lawyer. Never really understood what was goin on with my case, never understood why I was told she woulld do things but never did it. Honestly if you get in a car accident do not call this company you would do better representing yourself in a timely manner. Was told I would receive paper work to get release from the contract and never did. So yeah stay away from this company.

I wish there was “0” stars! I’ve never in life encountered an attorney’s office like this maybe there’s better people that handle cases but idk because clearly I wasn’t lucky to get a good one…u have to call text email beg and plead for phone calls to be returned and let me be the first to tell u that still DO NOT work only things gets your call returned is to call the main office and complain…I feel as if I’m working this case myself and it’s sad it’s depressing and veryyyy stressful. I have never been so mentally overwhelmed! Unless you enjoy excuses I suggest you NOT go here

My insurance company notified me that they have issued a check to them over a month ago. However, I can not seem to get an accurate or current status update on a case that was initiated in Jan 2024. I have called and left emails in their case portal to confirm that they receive money or to simply just get a current status update. Their lack of communication or follow-up procedures do not align with the reputation or professionalism that they claim makes them better than other firms. This is very disturbing, disappointing and I am starting to believe I have been dupted.

So appreciative of everyone at the firm. They guided me through a process that I had never encountered and got me over every challenge. Ms. Nzinga Holmes was so patient and led me through a difficult process. She is great at what she does and it was a pleasure working with her. Would definitely recommend!
