So thankful for Godsey Martin.. Priscilla and my lawyer helped me each step of the way, kept me informed on statuses on my case and with their help I received a higher settlement than expected! Priscilla was very professional, informative and nice throughout the entire process.

Original Post: I was a recent client at Godsey Martin and the experience was great! I had the pleasure of working with Amanda English. She was very professional, very efficient and very pleasant. She made my experience a very good one because she met every expectation. Due to her hospitality and customer service I would recommend anyone to Godsey Martin! Thank you for your services. Updated Post: After going through the entire process at Godsey Martin I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and follow-through. At this point I am hesitant to recommend anyone to the company.

I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended. Pretty clear cut case. In the beginning, I had a great case manager who was responsive, called me weekly to keep me informed about my case. But my case manager was changed to Christian. It has been a struggle. My case was settled, the insurance company sent the check in August 2021. When I spoke to my case manager, she told me it would be 5-6 weeks. It is now January 2022, and the only way I get an update on my case is if I call and ask for an attorney. My case manager calls me back to say.. its still in the reduction phase. And that’s all I know. I have been so passive in this process. But I just think this law firm can do a lot better. It is almost February, still no settlement, still no updates. I am not sure if the case manager is overloaded with work, or she’s just being unprofessional, but I know that this process hasn’t been as great as they advertise. I would recommend using another law firm. If I could do it all over, I wouldn’t choose this law firm.

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda English during my intake process. She was very informative and patient with me. I had no issue understanding what steps to take next in the process or what was expected of me.

I got hit today. I was so scared and nervous as i never been involved in a wreck where I was the driver. When i was able to clam down some i called I JUST GOT HIT AND RAUL HERNANDEZ answered. He was so gentle and kind and very professional. He also cared that i was driving and gave me time to get home. He is so courteous and was very patient with me. My anxiety levels are through the roof and he never got irritated with me. I am grateful for caring people. Thank you Raul Hernandez. You are a true gem.
