My initial contact with the firm was 2 days after my accident. Amanda Collins did call me to discuss all my concerns. I felt pleased with the first conversation. I will update once I have more to review.

Since day one Amanda Bell has been hands on with my case. She has kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with my case. If I had any question with anything she didn’t hesitate to answer them or help with me with any situation regarding this case. If I every need a good lawyer again she would be the first person I reach out to. Thank you for all your help Amanda your are very much appreciated.

I was referred to G & M following my car accident. I had know clue as to what I was doing or what to expect, however, my first case manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A few weeks later, my case manager would change and I would obtain Ms. Markeyshia Jackson. She picked right up where my previous Case Manager left off. Extremely courteous, professional and PROMPT. She was able to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on my case every step of the way. Going forward I would definitely recommend G & M and Ms. Jackson for anyone seeking assistance. Priscilla my case manager and my attorneys where glad to help get things rolling I learned today that Patience gets more done and I have to say that proscillla helped me figure things out and that helped with my stress level a whole bunch I kinda was happy to have someone who was serious and stern about the case I’m fighting she spent a lengthy time with me gathering all my important documentation and meds and hospital visits she was very very responsive and assertive and confident which gave me a sense of security. She wasn’t scratching her eye balls out through hher head like me😂😂🤣🙏😂🤣😂 she did wonderful Priscilla and my attorneys are great I rate a 10 stars! I am actually working on the second accident in a year and two months time with this company and they have treated me as if I’m family. My husband was a passenger and they are actually handling his case as well. Recently, they’ve assigned a new case manager and now we have the same one which makes things way more convenient for us! Markeyshia Jackson has been very pleasant and made me feel like everything was really really just going to be OK. I think she’s probably a true blessing and I feel like God has us with the right people to assist us in our recovery! Shout out to Gowdy Martin, and especially Miss Jackson… You guys are amazing! This is my 2nd time using Godsey Martin. The first time I was very pleased. This time not so much. I understand things take time and I'm not the only client they have. However, I expect people to keep their word. If you say you're going to contact me on this date and time... do it. The non responsive nature that I have been getting is actually having me consider another lawyer. I have Priscilla Nowlin as my case Manger btw.

In the beginning, my original case manager was very responsive and helpful-got me lined up with physical therapy, etc immediately! Fast forward a few weeks and I was assigned a new case manager. She seemed helpful at first, but that quickly changed. When I responded to the attorneys direct email, she got defensive saying I should never talk to my own attorney-only her. When I asked questions, she acted like I was incompetent strictly because I wanted a timeline…told me she’d reach out every two weeks to get an update. I am now finished with physical therapy and all medical treatment and cannot get a response from anyone regarding next steps, whether they’ve gotten the paperwork needed from PT, etc. For a place that gets a third of your settlement, I would expect more consistent communication and someone who actually likes people to be the one dealing directly with clients. Very disappointed. UPDATE: it seems that maybe the issue was with the case manager specifically. Upon the issue being brought to light, I received a call from Ms. Glenda who gave me her direct cell phone number and assured me that this is not tolerated behavior and that I am free to speak with my attorney at any time I like-and to reach out to her directly if I have further problems. Hopefully the new case manager is all we need to fix things. Communication and kindness go a long way. Thank you Glenda for making me feel heard.
