So far this has been a horrible experience. It's been 9 months and we haven't made any progress. I can still count on my hand how many times the firm has initiated contact. I've had to reach out to them every time. The settlement they're offering me is ridiculous. This has been a waste of my time and energy.

I was so lucky to Find Inez Clark. Inez was a referral from my next-door neighbor Beverly. Inez Clark is a force to be reckoned with. My neighbor had a big pile of dirt in front of her house along with cast iron pipes, I also noticed the same plumbing company trucks were present that my insurance company used to test my home for an insurance claim. After speaking with my neighbor, she had a similar case where the Homeowners insurance didn’t want to pay to repair her home. My Homeowners insurance spent more money fighting my claim than to make my case whole. Inez made the insurance company conduct a thorough onsite investigation with Inez and an independent contractor present and they found my claim was worth additional funds $30,776 to make my case whole. Initial process to start my case was professional and easy. However, over the two years it took to settle my case, communication and updates regarding my case was only given when I reached out to them every few months for a case status. Shelby and Kenneth did not respond well to voice mails I left asking for case status. I received better response via email communications. David was assigned as my attorney however, after a couple of communications with him, my case was transferred to another attorney. I left several messages and emails with Ken before I was informed that my attorney was changed to Ryan. Amanda did a great job at keeping me inform during the last couple of weeks of my case settlement status. Overall communication was not very good. I received a follow up from my review from Godsey Martin representatives. I was asked to explain more about my client experience to which they expressed concern and offered their sincere apology.
