Amanda and Ken we very helpful. Always replying right away. Very professional going above and beyond to help us get the funds. During the process of trying to get the funds my wife had a few unfortunate circumstances that caused us to need to get a rush on the getting the funds. Amanda and Ken stepped up going above and beyond to get our check to us to help us out in this difficult time. We appreciate both of them. Communication is lacking

I jumped on their website the day of my accident and they responded immediately! All I did was send pictures of my damages and answer a few questions, Markeyshia Jackson took it from there. She kept me informed of the process and the status. She even let me know when she or the other party would be out on vacation. That way I wouldn’t be expecting an email or phone call in vain. All in all, my experience was pleasant. The customer service was top notch. Markeyshia answered any question I had! Her thoroughness and pleasant tone kept me calm, assuring me that I was in good hands. Fast forward a few months...we won our case!
