Let me start by saying thank you and your team for all the hard work you have provided. No wonder he’s so successful. Your clients are not just clients, You actually care about them . You’ve been a Mentor for my son as well as his attorney, going out of your way when you really didn't have to. Your conversations are always genuine and you’re not just lawyering. Scott Palmer did an excellent job representing me. He was always respectful and never judgmental. He spent a lot of time, even weekends, working to make sure I had all the information necessary to make the best decision in my case!

I am not retaining this firm but leaving a positive review for 2 reasons. I've talked to SO many law offices and Corrine (sp?) was wonderful to speak with. If I ever had a need that matched, I'd give them a call first. 1.) She explained in a very succinct fashion why they could not take my case (as it's based on a niche area law area I'm needing help). She outlined the specifics in one sentence that didn't feel like a 'rejection', rather a more positive feeling by saying "this just isn't our area of expertise for the firm". 2.) She immediately provided a phone number for a referral that could possibly help. Hold was less than 1 minute for her to find the information. Other law firms that can't handle your case throw out names (without numbers) or too often intake reps say, "I'm sorry, just keep calling around" and leave you feeling like they brushed you off without any concern for you as a human. If I ever had a need they could meet, I'd consider them as my 1st call. Their candor hasn't gone unnoticed. Again, they said they "couldn't" without using words that easily make a potential client defeated immediately. If someone starts off with a tone like that, I wouldn't want to retain them even if I had a case that matched. Because if you get a hiccup in the case, is that how they'd treat your situation? Corrine's tone indicates a culture of how the company operates as a whole. I base A LOT of my decisions from the gatekeeper everything in life. In my own profession, we never say "that's not my job". It's refreshing to find attorney offices who follow that approach with redirection at their fingertips. Focusing on "this is my job" makes a potential client less upset when they leave a conversation (even if they ultimately can't be of assistance). Thank you for being a step above the rest with many calls I've made so far. Long review is justified because feeling like a "human" and not just another number is critical in society today. I appreciate what this firm did for my spouse , he was able to knock off a tremendous amount of time . They communicate well and they really put effort into their cases , Scott Is a nice guy , trust the good reviews. My spouse was pleased with the outcome definitely could have been worst if we didn’t hire a private lawyer I would use them again if I had to lol lord forbid I ever have to pay a lawyer for a criminal case again …. But I definitely would recommend this firm.

OATH Law specialty is Estate Planing that's all they do. We wasted time with other generalized attorneys that could not satisfy our needs. Rachel Wilson provided one on one consultation and answered any & all of our questions. She delivered a custom plan that covers all of our needs better than we even knew was possible. If your not using OATH Law for your estate plans, well that's your first and likely biggest mistake. Do yourself a favor use OATH Law for your estate plan, they will take care of you & your legacy!
