They take the time to build personal relationships with their client’s, I didn’t feel like another number I felt like they treated me like family. As many can relate, if you have to contact a lawyer, it's probably not something you planned. Mr Palmer has helped us get through a past issue multiple yrs back and the way he and his office handled our situation from the 1st phone call and throughout the events to the end, we knew he would be the 1st we call if needing help again. Well unfortunately we found ourselves in another situation that required quick assistance so with ZERO hesitation, we reached out to Mr Palmer's personal number he provided before and received immediate response, at 10pm! Mr Palmer quickly engaged to our needs while doing what he does best and at that hour, challenges mounted but was unbelievable how FAST Mr Palmer went to work before exchanging the next text. The ordeal had greater challenges throughout the night, all the way till 2am and even though we thought we didn't need further contact for the night, Mr Palmer responded to our cries of help around 1am and even wanted confirmation all was good that didn't happen till 2am. We can not express how thankful our family is to have someone engage THAT quick AND get results beyond the imaginable and at such hours. We are truly so appreciative of Mr Palmer's assistance, now twice, that we highly recommend calling his office if you are ever in need of his service. Extremely professional and caring, which is something we never thought we could say about a lawyer. Mr Palmer has proven he is the real deal and I guarantee he will be the same to you! I just want to start off with saying that I will ALWAYS hire Scott Palmer before I hire ANYONE ELSE. The entire office from the paralegals to the Junior Attorneys at Scott's office have far exceeded my expectations.
