Update: Today's deposition October 18/2024. The defense attorney set up a few traps trying very hard to lead you to walk right in his evil already prepared rat traps hopefully you fall right in. He's very well prepared to lead his victim trying admitting with yes no questions. He consistently manipulated his questions & repeatedly keep asking numerous times. Few of his traps listed here. It's showed he fully studied designed crafted built in traps. I believe the judge & jury knows recognize his attention for its too obvious. In the future if i rear-ended someone i will call for you are on my mind. Sad news: Avoiding liability insurance, it's law firm & client since February 6, 2023 totally more than 2 years.
