Lack of communication and responsiveness
“My first over the consultation was fine, he answered all my questions, had all my paperwork emailed to me promptly but once I signed the contract for him to represent my personal injury claim, he and all his staff working from him, would not answer my phone calls, or provide me any updates on my case.”

Potential for subpar service and lack of effort
“Ultimately, his staff advised me the only thing they had done was to reach out to the secretary of the company the company where I had the injury but did not hear back, 1 attempt and that was it!!!! This law office is a fraud and waste of time!!”
