My husband and I bought a car from a used car dealer in early 2024. Obviously it didn’t go very well! After months and months and MONTHS of waiting to get our title, (we truly gave them way too much patience) we finally decided it was time to proceed with legal action. I honestly just searched “car title fraud lawyer dallas texas”- the first two firms we reached out to instantly declined to work with us. Matt took the time to consult with us in detail before deciding whether or not to take our case, and thank god he did, otherwise we never would’ve ended up getting our money back! We were at the point that we didn’t even want the car anymore, we just wanted the whole thing reversed, and Matt helped us achieve that.
Our fraud dealer was doing god knows what while stringing us along and Matt really dug deep to figure out just what in the world was going on- the car hadn’t been inspected in the last THREE years, so they never should have sold it to us in the first place, and could not transfer the title to us. He told us straight up what our best options were every step of the way, and was extremely understanding and willing to work with us when scheduling conflicts arose (my husband is active duty military and was actually deployed while we were working everything out). Working with Matt feels like having somebody who is truly in your corner, fighting enthusiastically for you. His confidence in his ability to do a good job and right whatever wrong has happened is infectious- and true!
If you’re in a similar position, waiting for a title from a fraud car dealer who just won’t get it done, I honestly cannot recommend Matt enough. Hiring him to represent us was the only bright spot of this entire fraud title debacle.

My daughter and I purchased her first vehicle that she saved her own money up for and we paid in full cash for the vehicle from what we thought as a reputable dealer. Turns out the used car dealer went out of business shortly after our purchase and never transferred the title into our name. Furthermore, we learned from the state that there was still a lien on the vehicle from the previous owner. After a quick google search on title fraud, we found Mr. Valeriane and set up a time to meet with him to discuss our case. In that meeting, it was clear to us that Mr. Valeriane knew how to handle cases like ours. We reviewed what to expect throughout the process of suing the dealership. Mr. Valeriane was very experienced and knew the process inside and out, explaining each step to us. We felt he was the right individual to handle our case. Mr. Valeriane was able to achieve a successful outcome to our benefit. He provided us updates throughout the process and was quick to answer our questions along the way. While our patience were test, Mr. Valeriane assured us there would be an end eventually. If you ever have an issue in getting your car title from a dealer, give Mr. Valeriane a call to know your options. We are so thankful we found him on google and this nightmare for our daughter is behind us!

I purchased a vehicle from a used car dealer over two years ago. I met the dealer at the auction house in Dallas and found the vehicle I ultimately purchased. Aside from certain repairs the dealership promised to pay but never did, I NEVER received title to the Vehicle. After trying to contact the dealer multiple times about the status of the motor vehicle title transfer, I came to terms that I was being ignored and that title would never come. I googled “car title fraud attorney” and found Mr. Valeriane. Mr. Valeriane is an attorney who specializes in suing used car dealers that sell vehicles to consumers but never transfer the car title. I have never sued another business so I wast a little hesitant in getting involved in a law suit. Mr. Valeriane explained the pros and cons of filing a lawsuit and I ultimately decided to move forward. I’m glad I did. Mr. Valeriane was able to get me back the money I paid for the vehicle even though two years had passed. If you’re still waiting on your car title, being ignored by the dealer, and do not think you can afford an attorney, give Mr. Valeriane a call and explain your vehicle title situation. If he cannot take your case, he may be able to lead you into the right direction. Thanks again Mr. Valeriane for all of your hard work! You’ve earned another great review from a very satisfied client.
Regards,
Christian 😃😃😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I purchased a truck from a used car dealer located in Ft. Worth, Texas. The used car dealer represented to us that the truck had its catalytic converters. After purchase, we discovered that the car dealer lied to us. The truck did not have catalytic converters. Further, we learned that the dealer never had the truck inspected before selling it to us, which they are required to do. Not having a valid Texas State inspection kept the dealer from transferring the title of the truck to my wife and me. When we raised the issues surrounding the truck’s title to the dealership, the dealership told us to take a hike. My wife and I knew we had to do something, so we began searching for an attorney that sues car dealer frauds. After reading Mr. Valeriane’s reviews we contacted him to see if he could handle our case. Mr. Valeriane listened to our issue and developed a case strategy designed to get our money back from the fraudulent used auto dealership. Mr. Valeriane provided updates to our case from start to finish and we were able to get the money we paid the fraudulent dealership put back in our pocket. I thought there was no viable option in the beginning, but Mr. Valeriane showed me otherwise. If you’re still waiting on your car dealer to transfer your title, there may be other red flags that were not disclosed to you. Whether the dealer stops communicating with you or you find out the dealer is no longer in business, still give Mr. Valeriane a call. He may be able give you a helping hand.

Spoke to Mr. Matthew today about a possible case that I may have dealing with dealer fraud. Although Mr. Matthew was not able to take my case he gave me some valuable information that I can use in order to get a resolution to my problem. Mr. Matthew took the time to research a bit of what I was dealing with and set my mind at ease as to the results, I should be expecting. I want to say THANK YOU Mr. Matthew because without your added info I would not have the mindset of a Victory headed my way. Peace be with you always and thanks again!! 😊

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I felt the need to share my experience with others that are going through a similar situation and hope it will encourage you to make the right decision in who you choose to represent you legally. I hired Matt the end of last year to represent me in a legal matter due to a fraud dealership and I must say from the first moment I met him I knew I made the right decision in choosing him to represent me. He kept me updated every step of the way, made sure to break everything down to my understanding. Not to mention from the very beginning he was honest and giving me truthful scenarios that could happen both positive and negative. I trusted his knowledge and went with it and I was relieved that all my patience paid off when I received a check for the money invested and plus. He is definitely your go to guy!!
Thanks Matt!!

I purchased a vehicle from a fraud dealership in Garland, Texas. I paid a down payment and financed the rest with a bank. One day the bank notified me that they were no longer the lien holder and made the fraud dealership take back over the note. When I asked the fraud dealership about this, they told me to continue making payments on my note but to send the payments to the them (and not the bank). Meanwhile it had been 6 months since I purchased the vehicle and I still hadn’t received my title or tags. Something did not seem right. All of a sudden, the fraud dealership closed down and went out of business. I felt lost. I had no idea where or who to pay my note to or how I was going to get my title and the vehicle registered. I was also afraid I was going to lose my down payment and the installments I made on a vehicle which I did not have the title to. I then got calls from some random stranger asking me to sign some different paperwork months after I purchased the vehicle. It was time to find an attorney. I met with Mr. Valeriane to tell him about my situation. He told me my issues were common problems that his clients deal with from shady dealerships. He gave me his plan of action and explained to me what to expect when suing a dealership (this was my first time). Although Mr. Valeriane told me he couldn’t guarantee any results, I left our meeting feeling very comfortable with him as my attorney. I was right. Mr. Valeriane always answered my calls or returned them after a short period of time. But most importantly, he got me a fantastic result. If you are ever needing a fraud dealership attorney, please give Mr. Valeriane a call. I’m so glad I did and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Mr. Valeriane!

I’m a firefighter from Kansas. I originally saw Matt when I was having trouble getting title from a dealership on two vehicles I purchased in Texas. A year later, I discovered that the dealership rolled back the odometers on both vehicles. Matt discovered that the dealership washed the titles of my two vehicles in order to hide the true mileage. Matt was also able to obtain documents from an open records request from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles which showed hundreds of other vehicle transactions involving the dealership as well as the tampering of odometers of those other vehicles. Thanks to Matt, I was able to get justice against this fraudulent dealership. If you are looking for someone that is going to put the time and effort into your case give this guy a call.

I was a victim of used car dealer title fraud. After almost two years of waiting for the dealer to transfer my title, I approached Matt to discuss my options. Matt listened and developed a game plan for me to get justice against this fraudulent dealer. Turns out my vehicle had a lien that the dealer did not tell me about. Matt not only sued the dealership, but was able to negotiate the lien down substantially in order for the lien holder to release its lien.
If anyone needs a title fraud attorney, Matt is your guy. He answered all my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the litigation process. I really felt like he cared about my issues and gave me all of his effort to get my title.

I purchased a car over four years ago and the dealership never transferred title of the car in my name. Eventually during Covid the dealership went out of business and I felt like I was stuck with a vehicle I had no title to. Matt Valeriane was able to help me with my car title dealership fraud. He learned that the motor vehicle title was not transferred because the car still had a lien from a prior owner that was not released. I was able to get the money I paid for the car refunded, even though I purchased it four years ago! During the course of suing the used car dealership, Matt explained what I could expect during the process and answered all my questions. If you need to talk to an attorney about getting your car title, even if the dealership is closed Matt is the attorney to talk to.
