Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Every time, I called, they would say they're in a meeting, made promises to call back the same day or tomorrow but failed each time. After 4 months and several failed phone calls and emails, I terminated him and his office for lack of communications.”

Slow progress on cases
“The only thing they had done was to reach out to the secretary of the company the company where I had the injury but did not hear back, 1 attempt and that was it!!!!”
