Scott and Russell are amazing lawyers! I was facing federal charges in the Northern District of Texas, incarcerated down on my luck. My wife and family quickly scrambled to find the best lawyers that could represent me and by the grace of God they found Scott and his team. Scott is a quick thinker, excellent at making arguments and getting his point across. They managed to get me on pre-trial release which from what I have seen is rare. They worked extremely hard on my case; Russell used to work for the courts making him very knowledgeable and very skilled. He drafted a PSR before the official one even came out and the accuracy was astonishing. Whenever the sentencing hearing came around, they helped me prepare and helped me understand what to expect. I of course did my part, following all my terms of release plus some and more; which was a big contributing factor! They came very well prepared to the sentencing arguing point by point, in turn coming to a VERY positive outcome that no one expected! My family and I really appreciate y’all’s hard work! We all make mistakes, some small and some big, but when it comes to it; you DEFINITELY want these guys on your side!!!!
