I am so pleased to be able to write this review for Julie. She fought for us when we didn't think that we would win. She made it possible for me to get custody of my grandson, which another attorney said we couldn't get. We were lucky to find her through another person at the last minute. She puts her heart and soul into her cases which you can tell by how hard she fights for you. I would never look for another attorney, she is the absolute best. She was excellent in the court room and she gave me a lot of support when I was grilled on the stand for over 3 hours. All I can say is the she is an excellent attorney and really knows the laws. She is definitely worth every single penny and more.

Julie is a very knowledgeable, experienced and straightforward attorney. She is compassionate and puts children first. I am very pleased with the outcome of my divorce/child custody case. As fathers, we often feel that the cards are stacked against us when it comes to child custody. Julie fought for my rights as a father, and navigated through the legal system with ease, despite my ex’s lies and entitlement complex. She was very supportive throughout the long drawn-out process. Along with her assistant Carole, Julie kept me updated and worked strategically to ensure that my relationship with my daughter would not be compromised. In the end, my ex realized that the cards were stacked against her and we settled for joint custody, with me having the majority of time with my daughter. The Lucio Law Firm is the best option for anyone who wants an aggressive and hard working attorney. Julie Ann Lucio will treat your case like a personal matter. Before I met Julie, my case was hopeless and as soon as I hired her, it turned around for my good. I am a father of four lovely girls. I was denied access to my kids by my ex-wife, who used horrible false allegations against me to keep me from seeing my kids for three years. She lied under oath against me and had no proof of these allegations. I’m disabled from a horrible beating that the Dallas Police gave me in 1996. She tried to use this as an excuse to keep me out of my children's lives. She told the Judge that I was mentally retarded, that I was on drugs, and that I couldn’t talk. One of the lawyers I hired in the early stage of my predicament, took my money which was paid in full. He was late to court several times, and dropped my case as soon as I couldn’t pay him more money he demanded. He made my situation worse than when he took up the case. Thank God, not long, I met Julie Lucio. She shed light on my case. It was a long hard battle and being a diligent, hardworking and aggressive attorney, the case was decided in my favor. All the reliefs I sought for were granted by the court. She took the impossible and made what the other lawyers said could never happen possible. Lucio is an excellent lawyer. She keeps her client updated all the time. Lucio is kind-hearted. She would even give me money to take my kids to Chucky Cheese when I had none. Her parents even bought my daughters necklaces and invited me to visit their ranch. This is the kind of lawyer that every mother/father should have working on their case. She turned my tears into joy. My faith in God was lifted because of her. Indeed Lucio is a good lawyer and I strongly recommend her to any client.

My experience with Julie Lucio and her firm was excellent. I was worried at first looking for an attorney that would be able to help a father but once I met with Julie Lucio and her staff (Carole) they put all my worries at ease. She thoroughly explained the process and my rights as a father. The end result she got me primary custody of my kids with child support. I hired Ms. Lucio to handle a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship case with my ex who is the true definition of a dad beat dad. I looked at several other attorneys but Ms. Lucio's demeanor and attitude impressed me the most. Her fees were quite reasonable as well. As it turns out, I am very pleased with this decision. Ms. Lucio's knowledge of family law, her aggressive courtroom tactics, and her pure will to win have resulted in judgements in my favor. Recently, I had an Enforcement of Child Support hearing, in regards to my ex's failure to pay child support. It was such a pleasure witnessing Ms. Lucio expose the lies and wrongdoings of my ex in court. His primary defense was that he had an inability to pay. Ms. Lucio proved this false and he was found guilty of contempt on all counts of failure to pay child support. He was put on probation and now has to make regular payments, including arrears, fines, and reimburse me for my legal costs. She was also able to get his payments for my legal fees included with the child support payments. So, if he doesn't pay my legal fees, it violates his probation. I would certainly recommend Ms. Lucio to anyone in need of a strong, capable family law attorney. She will fight for you and do her absolute best to get you a win.

I met Julie Lucio when I was at court and I saw how she defended and protected one of her clients who wasn't even present at the time. I immediately contacted and hired her! She was very knowledgable but I loved that she carried her law book to use as a reference if needed. People told me that I wasn't going to be able to protect my child the way I saw fit but with God and her help, everything turned out better than expected! I would definitely retain her services again and I would refer her to my family and friends. She's very tough and fair! I am truly appreciative!

My ex pushed me around for a year and half. She would not let me my nearly enough. I tried to go see my son every single day and she just wouldn't me. I tried to settle outside of court with me ex numerous times and she would never work with me, so we had to go to court. Julie Lucio took charge of the courtroom, and got me everything I asked for and more. I ended up getting more time with my son than I was willing to settle for outside of court (which is very rare for the guy to get in this situation). Julie was the ultimate professional in there. She was extremely well prepared, and she was indefinitely better than my ex's attorney. I would highly recommend Julie Lucio to anyone dealing with a similar situation to me. Because of Julie Lucio, my son will get to spend a major part of his life with his father now. I am forever indebted to Julie for everything she has done for me and my family.

1/02/2011 Julie Lucio was the Lawyer who represented my case in a Dallas Court room. What a PRO Ms.Lucio was! Julie Lucio was so much more prepared and professional than the apposing counsel (whom client was bring a suite against me). Julie Lucio had all her facts in order, showed the opposing counsel he did not have a case. Within 20 min. Julie Lucio had completely turned this case and told the opposing Lawyer we were ready to go before the Judge and WIN! Bottom line is Julie Lucio won this case before the hearing got started!
