“Every time, I called, they would say they're in a meeting, made promises to call back the same day or tomorrow but failed each time.”

Unresponsive and slow to take action on cases
“After 4 months and several failed phone calls and emails, I terminated him and his office for lack of communications. Ultimately, his staff advised me the only thing they had done was to reach out to the secretary of the company the company where I had the injury but did not hear back, 1 attempt and that was it!!!!”
