Where do I begin? From the day I reached out to Jackson Spencer Law I had nothing short of an amazing experience. Never did I think I would need to hire an attorney nor did I really know what to expect. Jennifer, Ron and Neal were outstanding. Ron was extremely responsive, kind, informative and made me feel confident in my case. My husband reached out to the Jackson Spencer Law Firm last month when he was turned down for unemployment benefits. The intake specialist, Mikie, was very helpful in asking the pertinent questions and sending all the relevant information to the group at the firm, who decided they could help us, and at a very reasonable rate. We were immediately notified by Ron Woessner that he would be helping us with representation at the upcoming appeal hearing with Texas Workforce Commission. We only had a few days to prepare, but Ron helped us to get all the relevant information sorted out in order to present a strong case at the hearing. He put countless hours into helping my husband to prepare and feel comfortable with presenting his case to the hearing officer, and he was granted his benefits after a four month wait.
