Mr niles is a amazing Appellate counsel attorney that has gone above and beyond to accomplish his work, even while affected with covid he managed to remote appear before the courts and make a difference in my case. Sometimes you don't get what you pay for. I was referred to this firm and specifically Niles Illich, to assist us with our cars. We went to our meting at their office and my first thought of course was this is going to cost a lot. We met with Mr Illich and started to go through the details of the case, and to my surprise he almost knew as much as we did and we had not even given him a retainer yet. I have used sever law firms over the years and have learned two valuable things, 1- you need a specialist, 2- you get what you pay for. I will say that the second is not true with Mr. Illich. He went over and beyond what I have received in the past from lawyers. Our case was unique in many ways and when a clerical error happened in our case and I thought I had just tossed away a lot of money for nothing, Mr Illich looked into another option to that was outside his normal practice and took the case another direction. It was not the way I would have wanted to go but the end result could have not been better suited for the needs of us if we had plans it. The new direction got us the help we needed as a family and put the DA and the Judge in control over the outcome. All I can say is well worked Mr Illich. Your years of experience and the resources of your team worked out for us and the state and all needs we met for both. Did we get what I paid for? NO we got more than we expected.
