When I first met Scott Palmer attorney at law he was wet behind the ears, fresh out of law school, so I took advantage and sold him a health club membership to Larry North Sakowitz village in Addison, Texas. Incredibly disappointing experience, albeit very brief. Looked at hiring Mr. Scammahorn to represent my husband and I in a complex tax issue. Talked to him in January, went to hire him in May. His assistant was very rushed when we spoke to her an hour before their stated closing time on a Friday, saying they were "about to leave" but that she'd send us info on Monday. They did, which was great. The person I spoke to today told me to call with any questions. When I looked at the contract, it stated "MINIMUM RATES" multiple times with no maximum rates anywhere. So I sent an email asking what that was (attached) and asking if it could be added, as well as a question about the retainer. I got a call from Mr. Scammahorn in response. He was confused and wrong about details of the conversation we had (understandable as he wasn't on it) and asked if it was right? When I said it wasn't and tried to explain, he cut me off and said that because of the "tone" of my email, he had "decided right then he didn't want to work with me." Not sure how he got a tone out of a quick, 3-sentence email - but I feel like we probably dodged a bullet. Wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE after his demeanor on that call.

I'd like to start off by saying Scott was able to have my case dismissed. He works hard for the best possible outcomes and notifies you when something new pops up. He is very easy to contact and never leaves you hanging with extra questions. He was able to do more for me in a couple of months than my previous lawyer had ever done in a year. I respect him so much for keeping me updated on my case as my previous lawyer would never update me unless the hearing was the next day. Scott Palmer will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied in the end. I highly recommend hiring Scott and his team, as they will always be there for you every step of the way and acquire the best possible outcome for you. He is the best lawyer in the Dallas Metroplex hands down!!

My experiences with Scott Palmer and his team have been overwhelmingly positive since the moment I had first contacted his office. They have been extremely responsive throughout my entire experience and really made me understand the ins and outs regarding everything in my case. On occasions when Mr Palmer himself was tied up in other court appearances he made certain that other associate lawyers that were also working alongside him would brief me on new updates regarding my case, although for the bulk of my case I communicated with Scott directly. Let me start off with my case was dismissed. Scott and Rebekah were amazing. I was in need of a lawyer and I reached out to Scott on a SUNDAY and since then I did not have an issue getting a hold of him or Rebekah. As an attorney the highest recommendation I can give any attorney is to hire them to represent me in my own case, which I did with Scott Palmer. One thing I have learned over the past 20-plus years of practicing law is that all attorneys are not created equal. Prior to being falsely accused of a crime I had never spoken with Scott Palmer and only knew of him by reputation. I have a relative who is a former law enforcement officer who had dealt with Scott Palmer during litigation involving his department. He was very impressed with Mr. Palmer even though they were on different sides of the litigation (Scott Palmer sued my relative and his department). He gave Scott Palmer his highest recommendation. After a tremendous amount of research, investigation, and legal briefing Scott Palmer got the charge against me dropped and my case dismissed. You do not always get what you pay for but in Scott Palmer's case you do. He was money well spent and I would do it again without hesitation.

Scott Palmer and Rebekah Perlstein are top notch felony defense attorneys. I know from firsthand experience. The worst day of my life was when I was charged with a second degree felony carrying 2 to 10 years in prison. I had hired and fired two law firms before by chance I came to their website. From the very first contact to the day they told me they were able to get my case dismissed they were professional and awesome in every way. Thats right, I said dismissed. The other attorneys were prepping me for a long hard legal road ahead of me, but with the Palmer Law Firm it was different. They were in my corner and on my side from square one, believing in my innocence and standing up to defend me the way only good defense attorneys with seasoned experience can. My life is still not back to the way it was prior to the arrest, but thank God I hired Scott Palmer to defend me because he and his team including Rebekah Perlstein performed nothing short of a miracle in my case. If Scott (and his team) can’t do it, nobody can in my opinion. But, if other attorneys can’t do it, there is a good chance Scott can, and that’s coming from my experience.
