Mr. Dale Rose was very helpful with my case. The insurance company was giving me the run around. Stopped all Communication with me. Mr. Rose did an wonderful job.

Following a minor accident, I ran into some Red Tape at my Chiropractor when I tried getting adjusted. It was already late day (430ish pm) and Mr. Rose's name was referred to me and I called him immediately. I explained my situation and my view about the accident. Mr. Rose took my case that evening and had everything rolling that same evening. I received Chiropractic Care and my case was closed quickly. Of course during this time, the Insurance Company attempted to "Low Ball" me on the damage to my vehicle but Mr. Rose did not allow that to happen. Mr. Rose was able to work out a settlement that took care of all the bills and everyone involved. Thank You Mr. Rose for everything and for taking my case Right On The Spot!

We traded a couple emails and I went in for my consultation, dropped off paperwork and some medical records, and waited. My five year old son, who is autistic, was diagnosed with a concussion, and I simply asked if I could get a letter of protection for the neurologist that was treating him as they do not take regular health insurance. He replied a short time later asking for specifics on cost of treatment, which I provided, and then a few hours later, I received a 'declination letter' washing his hands of me and my son. I emailed and left a message with his office asking what happened but have yet to hear back. We had been in contact with another law firm prior to him that dropped us as well, but at least they had the courtesy to explain why (settlement probably would have been small and they didn't want to eat into my settlement - aka, not much in it for them) and they said they would be available if I did need any guidance and have taken every call.

I had a wonderful experience with Dale Rose representing me. I never thought I would need an attorney but the company where I was injured was not handling things promptly and I was receiving phone calls from the hospital for bills I accrued. I was referred to Mr. Rose and once he stepped in I no longer had to communicate with anyone else until he negotiated my settlement. I was very very happy with the process and how he went to bat to get the bills paid and a settlement for me as well for my time and pain. I would highly recommend him!!

Two of my children were in an auto accident caused by a commercial driver. The pursuit of health and property recovery prompted me to seek legal council. After a review of the circumstances, Mr. Rose provided a wealth of information and advice. He explained how I should pursue a settlement and how to utilize the Justices of the Peace if necessary. I left the discussion feeling confident about my ability to bring closure to my kids horrific experience. In return, he only asked for my recommendation and I most certainly will refer Mr. Rose to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Mr. Rose! After being in a car accident in August 2018, I did not know where to start with the other driver's insurance to try and get medical bills paid or how to replace the car that I had just bought one month prior to the accident. At our first meeting Dale, took the time to stay late to accommodate my work schedule, then he sat with me and explained every step of the process and explained all the legal terminology. During the entire process I always felt like my case was a priority and not just another person that he needed to deal with. He always answered my emails and was so patient with my endless questions or frustration with the mounting medical bills. There was a couple of time when Dale in my opinion really went above and beyond any expectation that I had to help me out. If I ever find myself in the need for a personal injury attorney for whatever reason Mr. Rose will be the only call I make.

It is my joy to be writing this review as it is the least I can do for all the hard work, dedication, time and effort Mr. Rose put towards my case! All the burdens were lifted from my shoulders as he handled things seamlessly throughout the entire process. I am thrilled but mostly honored to have worked with Mr. Rose. Dale assisted me with my auto accident claim. I can’t say enough about the effort Dale puts into each case! He was knowledgeable & caring throughout the process. He was persistent with the adjusters and was able to get me the maximum possible amount based on the extent of my injuries. I didn’t have to worry about the process at all as he and his paralegal kept me well informed throughout the long process of reaching a settlement.

Mr. Rose has an excellent approach in responding to all of our inquiries/questioning concerning our case. This was our first experience with a need to have representation and Mr. Rose did very well communicating and following through with each step of the process. If needed for future representation we will use Mr. Rose again.

Dale and his staff were wonderful to work with after my car accident. He was very good at explaining each step of the process and made it so easy for me. They were diligent in keeping me up to date on the progress and always gave me ample time to get the documents I needed to provide them. They were caring and compassionate and provided all around excellent service. I pray that I don't have to experience anything like a bad auto accident again, but if I do, I will call on their services again!
