I would recommend Dale Rose because this was the first time to really work with a lawyer and he was very patient in explaining every aspect of the case with me and kept me informed on the process every step of the way. Even though it didn't look favorable for me, we kept working and plugging away until we won the case. I knew I was not at fault for this accident and I felt I need to fight it for other cyclists who may be hit for the only way lays are changed is to fight what is wrong.

We went to Dale after getting bounced around by the insurance companys that were involved in our car accident. After consulting with Dale we decided that he was the right lawyer for our case. He directed us to a great doctor who provided a treatment plan that worked well and we were able to not worry about dealing with the insurance company anymore.
