This company is a scame. Nic Nuspl will ask for a hefty fee and then file for withdrawal at the last minute. Do not hire lawyers from this firm.

Was referred to Stuart from a family friend and had high hopes. $6k later in fees and I ended up using a different attorney that was able to get me everything Stuart told me that I wouldn't, and in half the time I spent on my case with him. While I'm sure he is an incredible attorney for others, given his firm stance and "no funny business" attitude, it did not work out for me. I felt much more confident with another attorney.

My ex-wife and I hired George for divorce mediation. My ex wasn't knowledgable about asset division with a divorce and had a lot of expectations that weren't really accurate. George was able to educate her, keep her calm, and keep her in mediation until she signed. I wasn't very confident she would sign after 10 months of separation. George did it. He's very patient, he listens, he has a very kind disposition that is perfect for mediation. This mediation lasted 7 hours and he was 100% with us the whole time. After mediation, paperwork has to be filed and signed. He and his staff were on top of all of it and were incredibly responsive to our questions. I had so much anxiety going into this process. George and his staff really took care of me and I can't recommend them enough.

I am replacing a scathing review with this one. I do not believe Jennifer Richardson intentionally damaged my children's future. On the surface, parental alienation is extremely difficult to identify, and she was not alone in dismissing my claims, refusing to examine the evidence, and blindly moving forward. In fact, no one took me seriously. It seems surreal that a mother would intentionally, using covert methods, cause so much emotional and pyschological harm to her children just to punish someone else. Covert narcissists are just that--covert. It's insidious, pervasive, and it's the children who bear the brunt of it, yet even while screaming it from the rooftops, with a plethora of evidence, I discovered that people simply do not want to accept the reality, and prefer to dismiss what is not readily apparent because it requires less emotional investment on their part, or because "there are worse parents" out there. Jennifer is just a person, and I'm sure has seen the worst of parents working as an amicus. My prayer is that she will be more alert to this in the future.

Jennifer, you not only have the brains, but you have a heart and a soul. Thank you for being ethical and value integrity over money.
