#1 Place to call. I called at 10:30 at night and got ahold of EMILIO (Lugo Law Firm). Awesome guy with a ton of info for me. I have a situation from another state that is not right posting on my background and he instructed me with several contacts and ways of handling this the right way. Just speaking with EMILIO i could tell he knew what he was talking about and he was very confident in the information provided, so thank you sir. Also all this info was for free. He went above and beyond listening to my situation. I have never found an Attorney law firm that can compare. Thanks again EMILIO. Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where control over your fate seems to be stripped away, and you are at the mercy of the law. My family recently found ourselves in such a situation so we began looking for a lawyer who would appreciate the gravity of our situation, and rise to the challenge of ensuring we were represented expertly and efficiently. We searched all over Dallas and the greater surrounding area reading reviews, calling and leaving voicemails, sending emails and praying that our hard work would pay off. At last we found The Lugo Law Firm. We were immediately impressed with the charisma and intensity with which our case was addressed. The speed of information was so appreciated. Our attorney’s confidence and intelligence were evident each and every time we spoke and she always had every piece of our situation in mind with each calculated move she made. That end-of-the-road feeling we felt was lifted as soon as Michelle began overseeing our case. Recently we got the call we had been praying for- informing us that our case had been disolved with a better resolution than we ever hoped for, and honestly we were not surprised. This is the type of law firm to at you want representing you or your family member when s**t hits the fan. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they take the time to explain the way the system works, they break down the case, they manage expectations, are proactive, but most importantly, empathetic and non judgmental. They’re also in constant communication with you which is SO helpful and reassuring in times like these when you’re drowning trying to navigate the unknown. I HIGHLY recommend them. Wow, where do I start. When I think of Mrs Lugo, the first reaction or response I have is a big sigh of relief. Where do I start . Having charges against you and going through the legal system is one of the most daunting, anxiety filled, stressful , angry, embarrassing, drama based , frightful, even revengeful moment and time you’ll go through your life to the points you seek some sort of redemption and relief by praying, talking to family and yet you find comfort that comes and goes as the case proceeds and progresses. The anchor , the solid foundation, the one that rescued me from disparity and disappointment was Mrs Lugo. I had three charges pending against me . I had three family domestic assault charges pending against me. All I did was protect my 85 year old father and 73 year old mother from my insane sister in law and two other distant so-called family members. I hadn’t received so much of a speeding ticket in the last twenty years and all of sudden I have three assault domestic family cases . The proceedings went on for over a year . Throughout the process Mrs Lugo kept me aware of everything, never let me feel overwhelmed, and was very lenient on when the payments were due . Mrs Lugo is an exceptional attorney and even a greater human being. Also you have to understand that I had a prior violent record from my younger days , when I was in my twenties, now 40. That life I left behind only to be in trouble twenty years later over nonsense and a women’s emotions and entitlement. Side note , the same people that wanted these cases to stick now ask forgiveness, what an irony . The courts really wanted me to suffer do to my priors twenty years ago plus the individuals that put me in this situation would call the prosecutor on several occasions just to state that they wanted me locked up and were afraid of me . I can’t emphasize enough the stress went through along with my family and the amount of money it takes to fight theses cases for everyday people who just work blue collar jobs . But Mrs Lugo and her colleagues never pressured me about the payments , even if I was a little late . Mrs Lugo and her colleague’s were always there to assist me , and most importantly, Mrs Lugo never let me give up and never let me settle for any deal that wasn’t up to her standards . She constantly advised me that we need to stay patient, because I just wanted this ordeal to end like a bad nightmare. Out of the three cases Mrs Lugo got one dismissal all the way and for the other two cases she got me probation for two years , but if I do everything right it can end within a year . You have to understand that I was facing time , now I’m sitting on my sofa in my home playing with my two year old nephew , taking care of my parents ,all because of Mrs Lugo . Also she got the family domestic portion removed from my cases where there now just misdemeanor assaults. Family domestic assault can’t be sealed but regular assault can be sealed after completion of probation. Once probation is completed the cases will be dismissed as if it never happened. All due to Mrs Lugo’s diligence and expertise as an attorney. If you want to move on with your life as if nothing ever happened, Mrs Lugo is the attorney to hire . Thank you Mrs Lugo for everything. If it wasn’t for you , my life would be in shambles. My family and I would like thank you from the sincerity of our hearts . Thank you ma’am .
