Very informative and helpful

Aaron Harper is fantastic. I was charged with a DWI last year, at which time Iwas still on probation for a prior DWI. Aaron was very well connected and respected by the prosecutors and the court sysrem. He was always accessible and was 100% in my corner at all appearances. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm a truckdriver and, after being charged with a DWI, I knew I needed a really great attorney in my corner. I spoke to numerous attorneys and did not feel fully comfortable with anyone I had spoken with. A friend of mine referred me to Aaron so I contacted him. I'm so glad I did! Immediately, Aaron took time to speak with me at length about my case and thoroughly expained to me the whole process and my options. I could tell he definately knew his craft and he was who I needed to represent me at this very crucial time. Long story short, Aaron exceeded my expectations and was able to save, not only my regular license but also my CDL so I could continue to work. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and could not be more pleased with how he represented me.

Dana and his team are dedicated to helping in tough situations by trying to keep things as civil as possible but also using strong tactics to get the best outcome for his clients. We have been using their services for a complicated child custody case and so far we've gotten much more than expected.

Dana and his team were very accommodating to my situation. I live out of state and my ex lives in Texas we tried to do our divorce cheap and on our own. Needless to say I had to hire a lawyer quick and Dana and his team came to the rescue. They were punctual at answering emails and scheduling phone calls to deal with all the issues that arose. Dana is great at keeping the situation calm and helping to come to an agreement that is reasonable. DONT do what I did and try to do it on your own it will bite you. Save your time and money and stay away from attorney Greg Whitten. My Mom retained Greg as her divorce attorney in October 2018. After months of spinning our wheels on obtaining crazy amounts of document history (not needed), sitting through meetings hearing about scenarios that didn’t apply to our case, delays after delays for mediation, wasted money spent on unnecessary filings (confidentiality order), we finally changed council in June. By July 24th, we had settled the divorce through mediation using an outstanding lawyer that resolved this case in a little over a month, hardly using any of the documents Greg compiled during his 8 months representing this case. I believe Greg took advantage of my Mom knowing how much money she had in her bank account. He spent more time on the minutia of data, for example obtaining 5 years of credit card statements which cost my Mom over $800 in records retention fees that were never needed. In addition, we paid thousands to Gregg for obtaining docs, reviewing docs etc. related to the smallest bank account balance. Greg had trouble focusing on the large assets and defending those as my Mom’s separate property. We almost felt like Greg and OC had a plan to drag this out unnecessarily to drive up the cost. We also experienced billing errors on almost every statement. For example, one billing error was charging Greg’s attorney fee to print, hole punch and bind documents for 2.5 hours. Overall, we were very disappointed and frustrated in Greg’s ability to represent my Mom and would not recommend this attorney.

Dana Palmer and his entire staff at Soft Divorce are the best! I hired them in the fall of 2012 to handle my divorce. They have been extremely patient, compassionate, knowledgable and effective. My case has been extremely complex and the process long and drawn out (my ex). Dana and his staff have taken all the necessary legal actions to keep me safe and to protect my assets. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a family law specialist.

During this very stressful time, the palmer law group did thier very best to accommodate our every need, they not only do divorce but handle all types of family law, they are aggressive yet firm and do exactly what they say they will do. Very happy with them would use them again in a second!

I'll probably come back and update my review or add more later on, but I wanted to at least say something today about this wonderful law firm since it is because of them that at 9am I finally had my divorce. Let me start to say that I firmly believe that regardless of what another adult does to you, you must do what is best for the kids. I have held to that belief of mine all these years and held stronger to it during some tougher times (even though at times it was hard). When I was served with divorce papers about 14 months ago, I first learned of this firm as they represented my then estranged husband (now as of today, legally my ex-husband). Even through the chaos that ensued when I desperately tried to find an attorney dor the hearing, it was obvious that Dana Palmer and his team cared about the kids in these situations. When I spoke with him during that week, it was obvious that he was a good person. Not going to lie, there have been countless times during the first part of Theis process that I wished I would have found this law firm before my ex did. Haha Anyway while the divorce took longer than I would have liked, that was mainly due to a con artist of an attorney i had hired in the beginning and the mind games he liked to play. (I truly regret wasting my time and money on that guy!) Anyway but to the point, from the beginning until the end, this firm was pleasant to work with. I wish I would have gone with my first gut feeling and had worked out a settlement before the hearing last year. Once we spoke on the phone, it took only a little over two hours for us to have an agreement we all wanted all typed up and ready to go. Daniel Bohmer was the attorney who did the prove Up hearing this morning with me, and he did an amazing job. He was pleasant to work with and he explained the entire process, all while putting me at ease when I sat in the courtroom. As someone who dealt with this firm from the opposing side, if your ex has hired them, talk to them on the phone. This firm is one of the few out there that truly cares about the most important aspect of a divorce with children, the kids. Now only time will tell whether my ex and I will be able to co-parent effectively again (as we had not been together for around 5 1/2 years come today), however, I at least know that my son, who is what matters in this entire thing, will have the type of contact he needs and deserves. This may sound strange coming from someone on the opposing side, but if you and your husband or wife are going the route of divorce, hire this firm. They will do what is best. (I will come and probably edit and add more information later, but now I need to go have some cake to celebrate finally having an end to a very long chapter...all thanks to this firm! :-) )

Dana's and Philip's expertise and knowledge in family law are top notch. I was surprised at how easy they made this experience for me and how fast everything was accomplished. 10/10

Dana palmer is an Amazing lawyer. He's worth it. His steff is all professional and understanding. I won custody of my god given gifts while i was not where i wanted to be. Soft devorce/hard devorce...whatever the case may be..he's your dude.💯
