Natalie and her whole team are passionate about getting the best outcome resolving divorce. They all do whatever it takes and give personalized attention. I always felt like I was the only client. Natalie always listened to me and fought hard for me. The entire team went above and beyond for me during an extremely difficult time. I will always be grateful for Natalie and her team.

Natalie is an excellent family attorney. Her entire law firm is tough, experienced, and tenacious when pursuing your case and protecting your interests. I was in a multi year divorce a custody litigation. I used Natalie and her staff the entire time. At the time of my divorce, Natalie won me 100% of the marital assets, and I’m a man. In fact, I didn’t even have to split my 401k with my ex which is standard. Men usually get shafted in family court. Not me. Natalie is excellent at articulating the facts and getting through the lies in a hostile contentious case. I suffered from multiple false allegations from my ex. Natalie meticulously went through each allegation and shot them down one by one. This may be the most important decision of your life. Don’t put it in the hands of an amateur. Natalie has tried more custody jury trials than anyone else in Collin county and I believe she is undefeated.

Natalie is one of the nicest attorneys I have ever worked with. She is compassionate about her work and a killer in the courtroom. If you want to win, give her a call.

Natalie and Ken have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been dealing with a jurisdiction issue between states for the last two years. Be warned, this is not a good attorney. She has people write fake reviews in her favor. The background info: My name is Indira López. Why am I leaving this review? This attorney formed an inappropriate relationship with a “personal trainer” whom she was seeing for weight loss. She later decided it would be appropriate for her personal trainer to also be her client. Her “client” Susette Stephens is an old friend of mine that asked me to dog sit on January 2022. Susette could not afford the pet deposit for the new apartment she was moving into. She subsequently abandoned the dog, and now, almost three years later has started dating an abusive man that has convinced her she should get the dog back. Update: This man has conveniently found out about my review, and has now written a fake positive review for this firm the same day I published my honest review on my interaction with this attorney. In April 2024, I received a letter from the law office of Natalie Gregg. I will post it here so everyone can judge the professionalism of Natalie Gregg for themselves. For one, Natalie Gregg has spelled the name of her “client” wrong. The name of her client/personal trainer is Susette Stephens, not Suzette. More importantly, in the letter I received, this attorney is THREATENING me with CRIMINAL charges. Now, I’m a registered nurse and will admit to not knowing much about legal matters, however, I have enough common sense to know that I won’t be arrested and put in jail over refusing to give up my dog, which again, in January 2025, will have been in my care for three years. Long story short, find yourself a professional, boundary abiding attorney. You don’t want an attorney representing you that makes fake claims, threatens people, and has inappropriate relationship with her clients. Receiving in-home personal training from a “client”…A little weird, am I wrong? Now, one great thing about this attorney: her SECRETARY is super sweet and kind. I called her to confirm that this letter came from the office of Natalie Gregg as I initially thought this letter was so unprofessional that it had to be fabricated by Susette Stephens. The secretary confirmed that letter came from the office of Natalie Gregg, at which point I was flabbergasted and went on a rant about the facts listed above. The secretary was so sweet and patient and just listened. Thank you, kind secretary. Long story short: GO WITH A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY. To my review I’m attaching a picture that shows I’ve had my dog since 2022, and the letter I received from Natalie Gregg. And lastly a picture on Natalie Gregg’s attorney Facebook page where she actually had a picture with her law client/ personal trainer and they are clearly hanging out, OUTSIDE of both the law office and her home gym. If you are reading this, I’m assuming you need an attorney, so I pray you find a good one, and wish the best for you. Note: When I assumed care of my dog he was severely overweight and dire need of grooming. Don't judge me on the state he was in when I received him. Natalie and Ken accomplished in a few months what we had been trying to get done with another attorney for 3 years. And this was moving a custody case to Texas from another State. This is not always easy to do. But, from the first contact with this firm, they have been interested in helping and actively involved. One never plans for divorce and custody battles but it is so nice to have a team behind you who knows what to do, how to fight for you and will be honest with you thru the whole process.
