I retained Mary Neal back in October 2020 to assist me in my divorce with children. She was an amazing advocate for my children and myself. The team that works within this firm are very responsive and make sure to give the most accurate and honest advice. Melanie the paralegal was also an amazing support during this process, answering all my questions. Definitely recommend this firm.

Professional and great! The whole team is amazing and reliable! Molly was always fast and informative and Sandy M. Liu was always there when I needed something in person or over email. There was never a step in my year long divorce that I did not know what was going on because I was always notified and informed immediately. If you want an attorney that is very intelligent, amazing, and will put everything into your case that will always keep you informed on everything I would recommend here especially Sandy!

Natalie Gregg and her office made an stressful, emotional, and mentally tough process a lot easier to manage. Especially Amanda, Mary and Natalie! If you put in the work and give them the necessary tools to do their job they do so at the top level. They were able to keep lines of communication open and were aware of what I wanted to achieve and my end goal was and made sure that I was able to achieve that goal. I am very grateful for what they did and the outcome of the process. Having them in my corner gave me the best feeling of security and when it was all said and done a sigh of relief and and great outlook moving forward. Thank you so very much for all your hard work.

STAY AWAY - the only thing they do well is bill!

I found this attorney extremely full of herself and never prepared for the task/meeting at hand. Her supporting team (most of which have left ) did more real work. Natalie was more consumed by the spot light and seemed more arrogant than educated. I’d steer clear of this firm especially when all advertisements are more about her than her team! And in court seemed more concerned about her jewelry, recent manicure, and her extremely non-professional outfits!

My husband and I worked with Mary Neal during our custody case. Mary was such an answered prayer in a time of need and urgency. She was willing to help from the start. She was very real and didn't beat around the bush. Her and her paralegal are amazing women and wonderful to work with. They made sure we knew they were always available for anything we need and they were quick to respond. Mary worked hard to get all the facts and evidence and no matter how the outcome would have came we would have been confident in our decision to choose Mary Neal at Natalie Gregg's office. Also we don't live in Texas so we had to hire her while living out of state and only met her once during mediation. Even though we didn't have the face to face contact we never doubted her, she reassured us when we need it and came through for us!

Terrible customer service, slow to respond, guesses at what you want rather than asking, would not recommend. Need to constantly follow up to make sure any progress is made. Did have Hershey chocolate in the lobby though.

I hired Sandy for a case on short notice and while she was on vacation. Even on vacation she worked on my case and was in contact with me about issues, she is to the point and honest about pros and cons. Molly was assisting on my case and she is amazing and responsive as well, I would have no hesitation to hire her again.
