I hired James on a Dwi case and could not be more grateful for the outcome he was able to produce. It was not easy and I had to be patient but he was able to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor. If you ever find yourself needing legal representation I highly recommend James. An attorney that cares about his work as much as he cares about his clients.

Mr. McDermott was a pleasure to work with and he got my case dismissed without me having to go to court. He was extremely helpful, a great listener, attentive, and you can tell he really cares. Was in town for ACL, and charged with DWI. Being from out of town, James helped me through the process and minimized the need for me to return. Communication is key to this process and a clear understanding of the procedures. Without the communication and experience, I don't think the result would have turned out the way it did. My charges were dismissed and was convicted of lesser charge through a plea agreement.

Today I have a college diploma, a great job, and an amazing group of people who surround me. My life could have gone a very different way and I owe it all to this man.

Because of Mr. McDermott I beat my case that could have negatively effected my life. He was one of the only people who believed in me even when I didn't.
