Needs a brush up on what is considered "best practice". You know what they say: An attorney who graduated last in their class is still called an attorney. Sadly.

if you want to hire an unethical ambulance chasing lawyer, Brent is your guy!! He was the opposing counsel in our motion to modify custody and he lost. After the judges ruling to grant modification both he and his client refused to sign the final order. Defying the judges ruling and decision they both blatantly lied in affadivits and court documents. Well the lies you weave in your tangle web will eventually catch up and judge saw right through the BS. Final order to modify was signed by judge and filed in the court without review and signature from mr Huckabay nor his client.

Just got more bad news about court order that was authored by Brent. The medical support may not be enforceable on the noncustodial parent due to the language used in the court order. Im abhorred to find out another loophole was created for the opposing party by my own attorney at the time. I do not recommend Brent for many reasons, but this is getting ridiculous.

Bill was our attorney for the adoption of our little girl in June. On the day of the adoption, he gave her a cute stuffed animal. She actually sleeps with it every night. He was also our attorney for my sons adoption over 20 years ago. He is honest, friendly and professional and reasonably priced! If you want the best attorney, use Bill Hamker! You won't regret it!
