This guy is the very best! He has truly gone above and beyond for my brother as his court appointed attorney ! He is a light at the end of a very long and dark tunnel ! He has shown us that there is truly somebody out there that will fight for you! He is honest dependable and he keeps you in the know of what’s happening with your case!! You are treated like a human being and not just another case number. He is without a doubt the absolute best!!! Thank you Mr. Hockabay for everything !!

To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and in one particular instance, within two days of hiring him at that, he used that knowledge of the law to stop a situation happening. Even after moving hours away now, I will never use another lawyer again. I truly mean that. If you need someone GOOD and that actually cares in your corner, HE is the guy. 10/10 recommend!!!! I am a resident of San Antonio and I had a case of mistaken identity involving somebody that attorney Brent Huckabay represented. without requiring a retainer the guy took time out of his own day to help me get a really difficult situation resolved. There’s not that many attorneys out there that would listen and help somebody in a jam without a retainer or some kind of a exchange; the guy is a class act!

Brent was absolutely incredible. It was evident that he genuinely felt for the situation and poured himself into the case. He was always available for questions and gave consistent guidance to achieve the goals we had set from the beginning. Brent was undoubtedly detailed-oriented in preparing us for court and was beyond prepared; it paid off! I can’t tell him thank you enough.

Brent really came through for me. I am a disabled veteran suffering from PTSD my soon to be ex wife tried to take all of my rights away and severely limit my visitation. Brent went to work for me and guided me through the process completely. We gathered evidence of my treatment. And everything I had been working on. We went to court and ended up with getting my full rights and full visitation to include immediate 2 day visitation granted by the judge. I trust Brent implicitly and will continue to work with him should the need ever arise!

There are no words to describe what Brent was able to do for me! Mr. Huckabay changed mine and my sons life forever and I can never put into words what he has done for us and just how grateful we are. You could not find a better lawyer than him. Brent Huckabay has been by my side for the past two years fighting each and everyday to get me custody of my little girl. Today on Feb . 24th 2020 Brent did just that.
