Lack of preparation and communication
“If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the their clients, do not use Josh Woodburn. My boyfriend tried to use him in a child custody case and he was unable to get any thing accomplished. He was late to court, not prepared, after court he was impossible to get a hold of.”

Questionable billing practices
“He drafted one set of papers and expected my boyfriend to sign them for the least amount of time with his son. He did not want to fight the case at all. When he finally was able to get a hold of anyone at the office it was to pay more money. Josh's exact words "I don't work for free."”

Unresponsive and unreliable
“Did good the first year, after that I feel my $5000 retainer was a total waste. Especially the last time I went to visit him he told me he "couldn't" get me back in court and his paralegal could not find my file because it was offsite when I asked for the remainder of my retainer back.”
