I just want to have the pleasure of really thanking Mike Watkins and Tammy for really helping me out and really being there to listen when I first started my case back in February of 2021, they are very professional they take the time to really look at your case. Make adjustments or corrections if needed. Mike understood my needs to get my kids in my life again. And Mike and Tammy compromised and problem solved when it was hard for me to decide what was best since this was the very first time I have ever done a case in my life for child custody. Trial. Would not call witnesses. Told the judge that I was trying to get him to lie. Would not get the audio//video admitted. Had to cut court early for an appointment in amarillo. Now they say I have to pay 1500.00 for this engineer. Straight railroad. God will deal with you

I most definitely recommend him. He help my fiancé when it comes to child support and guided us through what is best and was easy to talk to. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the their clients, do not use Josh Woodburn. My boyfriend tried to use him in a child custody case and he was unable to get any thing accomplished. He was late to court, not prepared, after court he was impossible to get a hold of. His assitant was very poor at sending important information. Josh drafted one set of papers and expected my boyfriend to sign them for the least amount of time with his son. He did not want to fight the case at all. When he finally was able to get a hold of anyone at the office it was to pay more money. Josh's exact words "I don't work for free." They should have been that he doesnt work at all. This lawyer has absolutely no fight.
