Like other reviewers stated couldn't get a hold of him, wouldn't return calls, and when I finally got a hold of him and set an appointment he stood me up. If he is defending you good luck. He knew nothing about my case file and got me the same sentence as if I were already a convict. No fight whatsoever in this man. He is not a criminal defense lawyer: it's almost as if he works for the prosecutor. He will not even speak up on your behalf, like a previous review said "no fight in him at all."

I had Mr. Clark as a court app attorney back in 2012. He is very lazy, passive no fight in him at all, & very unprofessional. In a nut shell he made me truly genuinely believe he could do this or that selling me dreams. Ended up getting my max for an open plea, and the mfer rubs me on the back saying when I get out of prison if I need any help to contact him, the balllls!!! then Randall came back and bench warranted me back. I had no idea what for, when I went to court he didnt even know what the hell was going on or why I was back. DEFFFFF. Would not put my freedom in his hands from personal experience.

Granted this guy was court appointed attorney to me, he hasn't returned one phone call or email as I attempted to contact on 6 different occasions! He definitely treats all his clients equally... Thanks a lot pal...

Continuously lied to us.Told us we would have a hearing and we were never allowed in court.After he took our 3500.00 he was done with us. Didn't do one thing to help us after that. He wanted us to sign some papers that were nothing but lies that cps typed up, and when we refused to sign them, he told us We would never get her back( my granddaughter) and he made sure we didnt.

I went to see this attorney when my house was being foreclosed. I was very upset. Him and his staff were very nice to me and explained everything in detail. They filed an emergency petition right away and saved my house. I am now making payments on a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Every time I have a question or need help they have answered my call.
