Dale does not care about his clients!! He will let them sit in jail for years and never let them know anything about their case. He does not return phone calls, he does not read his mail from the jail. He should not have a license to practice. He shows up to Judy trials and doesn’t even know the case. If you or your loved ones have Dale as a court appointed attorney FIRE HIM!!!! You will be better off getting an imaginary friend to represent you then to have Dale the drunk represent you in a court of law!!!!

I called about my newborn child being taken by father, Dale got right to it and told me what to do. I believe he is a god giving lawyer. Give him a chance to fight. Pray can change hearts of kings. -Dee Weeks
