Jim Hanley is a very skilled attorney. He is very professional & takes the time to explain all to you. He will fight to the end always explaining so you can understand the process. He is an asset to the firm. Brandye is just awesome & very direct! They both make you feel welcome from the beginning. I am glad & trust them in handling our case.

Staff and attorney were very easy to work with, especially after my original attorney resigned. Billing was fair and the paralegals were very good to keep me updated.

Do not hire anyone at this law firm. All these people want is your money. They could care less. Susan Wright was my attorney and Brandie was her paralegal. These two are so scatter brained it's ridiculous. They would wait until the day before or the day of to inform me of a court date. I missed several days of work to "go to" court that was actually rescheduled or never scheduled to begin with. I would call the office and leave message after messages and never once received a call back. It would be days after I'd receive an email. I had more than enough evidence to win my case that was never even brought up in court. The entire time we were in court Susan was on her phone trying to Google the laws. I was so embarrassed to have her representing me. Afterwards I called the office once again to speak with whomever is in charge and still have yet to get a call. I wasted money and time that'll I'll never get back.

Horrible service! A complete waste of time and money. I called and spoke with a attorney and decided to move forward. Well 3 weeks into it I haven't heard back doni call to see what's going on and they inform me that my case was given to someone else. Okay no big deal. Well what I was told would be an open and shut case and only a maybe 2 month process turned into a 7 month ordeal and $3300 more. I've seen the attorney once for may e 10 mins and other than that pretty much nothing. I was warned about Jim Hanley but relatives of his but decided it might be okay and I didn't want to start the case all over. I highly recommend going else where.

Nice to know I have people in my corner that actually seem like they care about my personal situation. Make no mistake behind the freindly formalities though.
