My father has been dealing with them since November..both my dads attorney and the secretary at this law firm have been unable to return any calls or communicate anything but they were able to take my fathers money ...it has been a complete nightmare he has called every week with no response since nov completely in disbelief of the unprofessional way they have handled and treated my father.

I have attempted twice now to schedule a consult with Mr Bass. The first time, the office was closed, and no one bothered to call and cancel my appointment. Today, my appointment time came and went, with still no phone call. And when I called the office, they were unable to reach Mr Bass, and said he must be in front of the judge and running late. At $200 for an initial consult, I really expect more professionalism. I will be finding another attorney.

A state trooper gave me a ticket for a wreck that he didn't even see. Cited me for unsafe speed even though I was on cruise control on the posted speed limit and he didn't show up until 45 minutes later. Brooks got it dismissed for me! Such a relief!

Deleted my review. Must be how they have such high ratings.
Not happy with Shannon Tigner.
Paid $2500., spent several days in court only to have it reset. No communication.
Now it's been months, the money is used up and they won't return my calls. Even billed me for more. Waste of time and money.
Delete this one I'll write another!
