I've used Jim & his Law crew for several cases, unfortunately, but they have always treated me as a person & not a criminal. They did a tremendous job on getting the best outcome for me. Through out the process i had many questions & they always had time to clarify things for me. I highly recommend this Law firm!

My husband was hit by a pickup while riding his bicycle, even after not expecting to recover anything from the accident. Jim and his team worked very hard to get something in our pocket. They handled all of the insurance claims and made the settlement process as easy as can be. We will go back to every time we have any legal issues.

Professional on point

Horrible experience. Originally met with Jim Ross himself then didn't meet my actual lawyer until the morning of. In the few months they had my case, they sent my case to multiple new lawyers and I was charged for each lawyer looking into my case. This was never discussed with me. My lawyer(whoever it was at the time) was next to impossible to get a hold of. Caught them lying on my invoice multiple times. For example, I had called to get a hold of my lawyer multiple times and only spoke with the receptionist each time but on the same date, I was charged for a 1 hour phone call with my actual lawyer. Similar charges happened multiple times and thankfully I caught them and they would change it back on the invoice. Absolute crooks! After firing them, it was like pulling teeth to get a fraction of the retainer back and we didn't even get anything finalized through court so it was a HUGE waste of money and time. I will NEVER recommend this office. ***Added after "response from owner". It's feels this response from the owner is quite common. Read previous reviews and "responses from owner" of this company. It seems convenient to make it seem like people leaving reviews weren't clients of the law firm therefore making their reviews seem invalid.

Really a money pit for jim and nobody else!!!

Horrible law office. Coming from a family of 6 attorneys, Jim Ross sells you And then disappears. We spent over 20k while they lose associates and the "lead" family law attorney Lance Welch, never returns phone calls or emails. They claim they need to take "baby steps" only to get more of your money. We spent over a year and a half with this form to get nowhere. I do not recommend this firm to anyone with a divorce or child custody case. Just spoke with Jim Ross today and he didn’t remember I was a client of the firm for over a year! He also stated he did not write the response but yet it stated his name at the end of the response. This goes to show this firm has no integrity and Jim Ross is a showman trying to sell what he cannot deliver

Staff is thorough, reassuring and professional
