I employed the legal services of Jim Ross and Associates after being involved in horrific automobile accident in August 2014. There was no charge for my initial consultation and I greatly appreciated the fact that Mr. Ross took a personal interest in my case. After meeting with Mr. Ross for approximately 2 hours, he took draconian steps to ensure that I received immediate medical attention (a same day appointment) and; therafter, dealt with all of the insurance matters so I can focus on getting healthy again. In short, because of the relentless efforts of Mr. Ross coupled with the tenacious involvement of his legal team (open lines of communication and high level of customer satisfaction) my overall physical condition has significantly improved. I would also like to acknowledge Tish Martinez who is a perfect example of a model employee and someone who has undoubtedly grasped the very quintessence of excellent customer service. I went in for a uncontested divorce. Jim was real nice in our initial interview, of course. Once I hired them, I couldn't get any answers and never got called back. I always had to call back to get directed to my attorneys voice mail. I'd state what I needed and never got a call back. I always felt like I was bothering them. At least the receptionist was nice. When I did get someone on the phone, even for a minute, I was charged. Even if all they said was that they had no new updates. How can it take 6 months for a uncontested divorce with no kids? My ex wasn't avoiding the divorce. I should have just filed it myself. Highly dissatisfied and obviously not my real name was used here. (No need for them to bother me about it and charge me for that phone call)

Had a time sensitive matter relating to an investment I was making and Jim saw me right away. He took the time to handle my needs quickly, effectively and professionally. I was greatly appreciative of his thoroughness making sure this matter, though urgent, was handled correctly . Jim is very pleasant to work with and I will use his firm to handle other matter should they arise.

I was involved in an accident and I was looking for an attorney online. I saw a lot of good review about him, therefore I hired him. The attorney office sent me to a getto clinic that is so horrible that I would send my enemy there. I got frustrated so I was talking to a friend of mine and he told me that he hired Jim Ross a year ago and he would never hired him ever again. I asked him why? He told me Jim Ross never pay his doctor and the doctor's office keep calling Jim Ross's office and calling him but the doctor never got paid. I heard enough therefore I fired him and got another attorney and my new attorney send me to a clinic that treat me really good and my case settled pretty good. The clinic that I treated at told me the same about how Jim Ross office never pay them therefore they don't work with his office. I am glad I find my new attorney.
