I remember Mr. Gerald Smith. In 2012 I hired Mr. Smith to help me finalize my second divorce in the court of Dallas. However, I did not get what I wanted for the child support for the two children; My ex-husband stated he did not have work. I believe he was lying. During that time, Mr. Smith helped me from start to finish, although I needed to be more faithful to him with the payment. I did not mean to make him angry. I was a single mother, worked part-time, and was paid $10.00. an hour. During that time, I got sick and could not work. Whatever money I had before, I have to use it to feed my children. I am a person who remembers those who help me. One day, I said I would pay Mr. Smith for helping me and my children in God's perfect time. I define a 'lawyer' as a man who will only help his neighbor if he has the money. Mr. Smith is different from them. His heart still remembers to help the weak. He is like a light that shines in the darkness. May the Lord Jesus Christ remembers Mr. Smith for helping one of His people. His words said: "And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward." Maria Riah

I called the attorney because I heard that he was a very good attorney. After two consultations the attorney stated that he does not take 4th amendment violations cases even though I made a point to specify that according to the United States Supreme Court stare decisis case rulings everything that occurred to me during and after arrest and subsequent detainment would be presumed as a violation of due process. He is someone that untruthful and will not hesitate to lie to you regarding his time and when he will contact you.

I hired Mr.Smith for a run in with the law I had and let me tell you something, this guy is legit. Out of all the lawyers in the court room he came in and not only looked the most professional but carried himself 1st class. He knew all the appropriate people that could have been against my case which was a plus because he was able to get one of my charges completely dismissed which left the court room in awe and the second charge brought down to the lowest charge possible. In all, my second charge will be differed after my probation period giving me a second chance at being a promising citizen without a tainted past. I would totally recommend him. He's a stand up guy who has been patient with all my payments due to hardship in my life and has not harassed me in any way. Please Please Please do whatever it takes to not use a court appointed lawyer, I saw many people in there get ridiculous charges all because they chose to gamble their lives on the easy way out. He actually requested all the evidence and scrutinized everything about the case.
