My wife and I worked with Jeff to develop our will, physician’s directive, medical power of attorney, durable general power of attorney, HIPAA disclosure and guardian paperwork. Jeff was very knowledgeable and able to explain the legal jargon in plain English we could understand. He took our intent and translated it into the legal documents and answered all our questions. Because of his experience, he posed scenarios we hadn’t thought of and allowed us to further clarify our intentions. He was very professional, organized, clear, thorough and paid attention to detail. I needed help setting up my LLC and contracts with my contractors. Jeff was easy to work with and explained my options in easy to understand language. Jeff has provided excellent legal advice since I started my business in 2012. He assisted me in setting up an LLC. He's written agreements between me and all of my clients.
