We utilized Don Kaiser, and Kaiser Sacco, PLLC, for significant business litigation - to include negotiation, and then to result in a full trial-based lawsuit experience. They were and are the most impressive firm we have ever been able to utilize. We were extremely fortunate. A few years back, I was fairly new to the US and I had received a legal notice. I didn't know what to do. So, I started searching online and I contacted some attorneys. I think Ellen was the first one to respond if not the only one. After I provided all the details, she took the time to explain me all the next steps, she answered all my questions and later when the litigation became bigger, she represented me all the way till the end of the case. It was great working with Ellen. She always patiently heard and answered all my questions/concerns and it was always easy to contact her via phone or email. I felt that they were Unprofessional/Rude. Sought advice for a matter of business I was not absolutely knowledge about, and the lawyer rudely asked "why are you calling us?" at the end of the call. It made me feel dumb for seeking a consultation from them. But, it certainly made my search for one easy. I absolutely will not be calling for future business needs.
