We reached out to Norred Law to assist in forming a business entity. Among the firms we emailed, Norred was the first to respond (and far more quickly than I expected). Warren set us up with Chad, and the initial consult was extremely helpful. Chad walked us through the requirements for forming the entity and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Fees (in my limited experience) were reasonable and billing was straightforward. Angela was extremely helpful with scheduling and billing concerns. I would highly recommend the A+ team at Norred Law. Warren helped me deal with a medical power of attorney while my wife was in the local ICU. Since there were disagreements among concerned persons as to what was best for her and what she wanted, I was anxious to get a handle on the situation.
