My wife Linda and I have owned multiple corporations over the past 30 years. Unfortunately due to bottom feeders (People who believe they are entitled)! Attorneys are needed to defend frivolousness and liable claims. We normally handle our Justice court issues but because of many bleeding heart judges, we experienced unethical rulings, for example, 1 judge ruled against my company because he felt that the plaintiff was not as financially stable as me, even tho my company did everything to the letter of the law and the plaintiff admitted under oath that he was wrong, but he argued he could not afford to pay if he lost. The judge jumped all over him and at the end we were shocked that he said he was making the ruling based on "I had money and the plaintiff did not". We lost and had to appeal to a higher court in which we won using Chad, with Norred Law. Warren's family and staff has become friends to my family and I refer other business people to him occasionally. I do that because I know he and his staff will be representativly professional for my extended business friends. Which in return exposes my integrity on who I choose to associate with. People can be sour and that is obvious by the 1 star comments. My largest case Warren Norred handled for me awarded me a judgement over $160,000. To this day we have not collected a red cent. Things happen with regards to all types of legal maneuvering, Warren and I jointly made mistakes during the filing, You know it happens. We are proud to call Warren and his family and staff friends, I highly recommend WARREN NORRED LAW FIRM to anyone that seeks having their side represented in any legal matters. All my companies have always maintained an A+ Rating with the BBB and this should validate my ethics in how we conduct business and associate as well as recommend another business of being of good ethics. The over 40k judgement you are referring to was a default monetary judgement. You failed to make case on any of your claims t w i c e. Yes, Mr.Norred, that rejected motion for REconsideration I am referring to. Any willing to go through the motions looter can obtain default monetary judgement.
